Refund policy

Returns (30-Day Policy)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Return Address

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • The return address

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Step-by-step instructions


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised sofas

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Assembled or heavily used items

  • Products showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process first.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


European Union (EU) – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Item must still meet all return eligibility conditions.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary.
